

Split Order
This guide explains how to split a single order into two separate orders in ACP.
Splitting an order is helpful when:
Items need to ship to different locations
The recipient cannot lift a full case
Inventory is located in different warehouses
Different carrier or service levels are required
Before You Begin
Orders must be in an editable status:
Needs Action
Fulfillment Hold
Weather Hold
Received – Queued Publishing
Received – Published
Orders in active warehouse processing or shipped statuses cannot be split.
