Split Order

This guide explains how to split a single order into two separate orders in ACP.

Splitting an order is helpful when:

  • Items need to ship to different locations

  • The recipient cannot lift a full case

  • Inventory is located in different warehouses

  • Different carrier or service levels are required


Before You Begin

Orders must be in an editable status:

  • Needs Action

  • Fulfillment Hold

  • Weather Hold

  • Received – Queued Publishing

  • Received – Published

Orders in active warehouse processing or shipped statuses cannot be split.
