Submit a Claim
If a package was lost or damaged while in the carrier’s possession, you can submit a claim directly in ACP.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the first carrier scan.
Claims submitted after 30 days will be automatically rejected.
Before You Begin
Claims can only be filed after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
