We’ve made an important update in the Awesome Client Portal (ACP): Temperature-controlled orders will now remain in “In Progress: Packed” status until they are scanned by the final-mile carrier. This change is designed to prevent confusion and increase the likelihood of successful redirect requests with the carriers.
There will be no impact to customer notifications or integrations:

  • Recipients will continue to receive shipping notifications as normal.

  • Tracking will continue to flow to ShipCompliant, POS, eCommerce, and other integrated systems without disruption.

  • The only difference is how order status is displayed in ACP.

Once the carrier scan is complete, orders will move to “Shipped” status, typically the following week depending on the destination hub. Redirects submitted in ACP will hold until that scan occurs, at which point they will be sent to the carrier. Please note that carriers do not guarantee all redirect requests will be honored.
