Overview

The Transportation Status column helps you track the movement of eligible orders and inventory pickups directly in ACP if the order is being managed by Wineshipping Transportation.

When an order is scheduled, picked up, in transit, delivered, or needs attention, ACP updates its Transportation Status automatically. This gives your team clearer visibility without needing to reach out to Service or Transportation.

What the statuses mean

Status

Meaning

Scheduled

Transportation has been scheduled.

In Transit

The shipment or pickup is actively underway.

Picked Up

Wineshipping Transportation has completed the pickup.

Delivered

The shipment has been delivered or received at its destination.

Exception

Transportation requires attention, such as a failed attempt, hold, or return.

Which orders are supported

Transportation Status is available for eligible:

  • JIT orders using Wineshipping Pickup

  • Inventory delivery orders

  • Inventory pickup and Purchase Order movements using Wineshipping Pickup

Orders using other transportation methods may not display a Transportation Status.

How updates work

ACP receives updates automatically as transportation milestones occur. The latest available update is used to show the current status.

For example:

  • When a pickup is scheduled, ACP displays Scheduled.

  • When Wineshipping Transportation completes the pickup, ACP displays Picked Up.

  • When an outbound delivery is complete, ACP displays Delivered.

If a status does not appear

If an eligible order or pickup does not show a Transportation Status right away, allow a few moments for the update to process and refresh ACP.

If the status is still missing, contact Wineshipping Support with the order or Purchase Order number so the team can review the transportation update.

Benefits

Transportation Status helps your team:

  • See pickup and delivery progress in ACP

  • Identify transportation exceptions sooner

  • Reduce manual tracking work

  • Communicate more confidently with customers and internal teams
