Shipping statuses are displayed based on:
Order type
Carrier behavior
Ship Confirm events
The same Ship Confirm event can result in different statuses depending on the order channel and carrier logic.
This guide explains how status is determined by order type.
Core Logic
The Ship Confirmed will trigger the first carrier event.
Depending on the order type and carrier, the system will display either:
Departed Warehouse
Delivered
Carrier scan events may later update the status.
