Understanding Shipping Status Updates

To reduce confusion and improve visibility, we’ve refined how shipping statuses are displayed based on order type and carrier behavior.

For direct-to-consumer orders, Departed Warehouse means the order has been handed to the carrier but has not yet been scanned. Depending on the carrier and service used, the order may later progress to Delivered once additional confirmation occurs.

For wholesale and direct-to-trade orders, Delivered is confirmed at the point the order is handed off to the carrier. These updates ensure shipping statuses more accurately reflect where an order is in its journey based on how it is fulfilled.
