Internal Transfer orders, moving inventory from WS warehouse to WS warehouse, can be processed in the Create Movement button in ACP.

This allows you to identify the sku's and quantities that you will be transferring from one warehouse into another. But how does this display on the inventory page?

Since the inventory is already in the system in one location we need to pull that inventory into an order and arrange transport to the other warehouse. The quantity will begin in the On Hand/Available columns before the Internal Transfer order is created. Once the order is created then it will go into the Open PO/TO column. The warehouse will pack the order and put it on the next available truck to the designated warehouse. As soon as the order is on the transport truck the inventory will go into the Transfer column under the warehouse it is going to. Upon delivery the warehouse will confirm the quantity and receive into inventory where it will migrate from the Transfer column to the On Hand/Available column.

Create Internal Transfer--> On Hand/Available in Warehouse 1 --> Open PO/TO in Warehouse 1 --> Order packed and placed on transport truck --> Transfer in Warehouse 2 --> Quantity confirmed and received in --> On Hand/Available in Warehouse 2
