To create a filtered view for a No Scan Package follow the steps below:

Add filter button
Select Events under Latest update date
Latest update date is not in last X days
- X can be how many days you want. Best practice would be 7 days if you utilize temperature control, 5 days if you do not.
Add filter for package status
- Add filters button
- General - Status - Is any of Info received or Pending
Once filter is complete, click Save view as and name the tab No Scan

To create a filtered view for a Lost Package follow the steps below:

Add filter button
Select Events under Latest update date
Latest update date is not in last X days
- X can be how many days you want. Best practice would be 7 days if you utilize temperature control, 5 days if you do not.
Add filter for package status
- Add filters button
- General - Status - Is none of: Delivered, Info Received, Pending, Exception - Damage (expand the exception drop down to locate damage), Available for Pickup, and Expired
  - These can all be done at once
Once filter is complete, click Save view as and name the tab Lost
