Update No Scan/Lost Packages in ACP

ACP shipment status updates are driven by carrier scan events.

If a carrier does not scan a package, the order may remain in a pre-shipment status even though it has physically left the warehouse.

This guide explains how to manually update No Scan or Lost packages in ACP Premium Tracking so ACP reflects the correct shipment status.


Accessing ACP Premium Tracking

Premium Tracking can be accessed in two ways under the Shipments tile:

Option 1

  1. Click Shipments

  2. Select Shipment History

  3. Click Premium Tracking (top left)

Option 2

  1. Click Shipments

  2. Select Tracking Events

Both provide access to Premium Tracking functionality.
