

Updating or entering an additional email or phone number to get tracking updates
This guide explains how to edit or add contact information (email addresses or phone numbers) associated with a shipment using ACP Premium Tracking.
Contact updates allow additional recipients to receive shipment notifications.
Important Requirement
Customer contact information can only be edited or added after a tracking number has been issued to the order.
If no tracking number exists, the Premium Tracking record will not be available.
