Canceling an Order(s)

This guide explains how to cancel one or multiple orders in ACP.

Orders can only be canceled if they are still editable.


When an Order Can Be Canceled

An order can be canceled only if it is still in an editable status.

Orders must be in one of the following statuses:

  • Needs Action

  • Fulfillment Hold

  • Weather Hold

  • Received – Queued Publishing

  • Received – Published

These statuses indicate the order has not entered active warehouse processing.


Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders cannot be canceled if they are in active warehouse processing or have already shipped.

This includes:

  • In Progress – Preparing to Pack

  • In Progress – Packing

  • In Progress – Packed

  • In Progress – Departed Warehouse

  • Shipped

  • Delivered

  • Returned

If the order is already in warehouse processing or has shipped, process a redirect back to the warehouse.
