Mississippi DTC Shipping Authorized Starting July 1, 2025

Mississippi has enacted legislation that authorizes DTC wine shipping beginning July 1, 2025. Both wineries and fulfillment providers are required to hold licenses—the state released applications on their TAP site in early July.

Wineshipping holds the Direct Wine Shipper (Fulfillment Provider) license.

Beginning September 30th, Mississippi Direct Wine Shipper Permit numbers and expiration dates are required for orders to be accepted. Please also email a copy of your Mississippi Direct Wine Shipper Permit to compliance@wineshipping.com

Note: There’s a manual process to approve any orders entered into Wineshipping until ACP is updated on 9/30.

Carriers:
UPS and FedEx are both accepting DTC shipments to Mississippi
